We offer 7 days money back guarantee and We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:

In order to return your products, send an e-mail to sales@UGG4ALL.com explaining the reason you wish to return your order, and we will reply promptly with the return address and an RMA #. Your order must be returned, at your own expense, within 7 days of receipt, in unused condition, and with all tags attached. 

NOTICE:

*We will not accept returns without an RMA #. We will not accept orders that are returned to sender.

*You must return the product(s) within seven days of receipt for exchange or refund. 

*You must send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund/replacement to be issued. 

*The refund amount will be the exact amount you paid for the item without shippig fee(normally $15)
